Bakery

Fruits and vegetables can be used to create a variety of bakery items, and not all of them have to be sweet.

Zucchinni bread is one example of a vegetable baked good that also has a bit of sweetness to it. Banana bread is another good example similar to zucchini bread.

Both of these can be flavored with the fruit or vegetable used as an extract, spray dried powder, or concentrate instead of the actual item itself. There are numerous other examples of fruits and vegeables both being used in baked goods production as well, and all of them can be replaced with an extract, spray dried powder, or concentrate:

  • Pumpkin Bread
  • Cherry Pie
  • Strawberry Tarts
